Position Summary
The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily janitorial operations, ensuring all assigned areas are cleaned according to company standards, and providing leadership and support to the cleaning staff.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily cleaning operations.
- Inspect work areas to ensure quality standards are met.
- Train and support janitorial employees.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Communicate with management regarding operational needs.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but candidates with strong janitorial experience and leadership potential are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a team.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
