What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Director position at BCI?
Growing trailer and powersports company has opening for a dedicated Service Manager. We are looking for someone who wants to make this their last home. You will be charged with operating an efficient, profitable department and be rewarded for it. Many processes already in place, but need someone who is great at organizing, delegating and execution. Our employees come first in our business. For that reason we expect our employees to treat our customers accordingly. Must have attitude where you will never put money ahead of people.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Complete management of service department in efficient and profitable manner.
Scheduling customers and work load.
Build relationships with customers and maintain a high CSI
Be able to present estimate in a manner customer understands.
Work very cohesively with all departments and employees.
Scheduling employees.
Qualifications and Skills:
You must have prior experience as a service adviser, dispatcher, and manager in automotive, RV or powersports field.
Previous proven management experience required.
Writing estimates, selling what only needs to be done and following to completion.
You will possess great customer relations, be able to multitask, distribute jobs, create estimates and get approvals for repairs.
You will have experience in hiring and training technicians.
Experienced in managing warranty processing.
