We deliver small-group and semi-private training with a focus on relationships, results, and retention.
Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our growing team. This role is more than just running workouts—you’ll be a leader on the training floor, a trusted mentor to athletes, and a key point of contact for adult clients. The right candidate will bring energy, professionalism, and attention to detail both in coaching and in client communication.
This position reports directly to the Director of Performance and is an in-person, full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Programming
- Lead high-energy small-group and semi-private training sessions for both youth athletes (ages 12–18) and adults (ages 35–65)
- Deliver speed, agility, strength, mobility, and recovery training using BCI’s proven systems
- Ensure proper technique, safety, and progressions/regressions for all clients.
- Track and document client progress to drive measurable results.
Client Communication & Follow-Up
- Conduct lead follow-up calls, texts, and emails within set timeframes to convert prospects into clients.
- Maintain consistent, clear communication with clients and parents to build trust and retention.
- Document sessions, attendance, and client notes in CRM/software systems.
Team & Professional Development
- Attend weekly staff meetings and continuing education sessions.
- Collaborate with fellow coaches to ensure program consistency and client success.
- Uphold BCI’s culture, values, and professional standards.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Nationally recognized certification (NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ACE, etc.).
- Current CPR/AED certification.
- Demonstrated experience coaching both youth athletes and adults in a group or semi-private setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred:
- CSCS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
- Experience with CRM systems, lead follow-up, or client communication platforms.
- Knowledge of long-term athletic development and adult functional training principles.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $45,000 annually

Work Schedule
- Full-time (approx. 40 hours/week)
- Morning, evening, and some Saturday availability required (aligned with athlete and adult training blocks)
