Shift differentials available for 2nd and 3rd shift.
What You’ll Do
- Lead with Safety First—no exceptions
- Keep your area clean, organized, and ready for production
- Follow work instructions and quality standards without shortcuts
- Run equipment and machinery that keeps our customers supplied
- Hit daily production goals as part of a tight, dependable team
- Help us improve—speak up, solve problems, and make the job safer and smarter
What You Bring
- A strong work ethic and the drive to do things the right way
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with others
- Machine or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll train you
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
Physical Requirements
- On your feet and moving throughout the entire shift
- Able to handle castings of different shapes, sizes, and weights
