BCI Solutions is an established manufacturing company seeking a Manufacturing Document Control Administrator to support engineering, production, and quality teams.
This is a manufacturing support role focused on document control, revision control, ERP data accuracy, and production documentation management. This is not an engineering design position.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and control engineering drawings, technical documentation, BOMs, ECNs, and revision history
Manage document control systems for manufacturing and production
• Enter and audit data in ERP systems
• Support change management and engineering change processes (ECN/ECO)
Ensure accurate documentation for production, quality, and IATF compliance
Track tooling updates, part revisions, and release schedules
Maintain structured digital records for audit readiness and traceability

Requirements
Required Qualifications
• Manufacturing experience required (foundry, machining, automotive a plus)
• Experience with engineering drawings, BOM structures, revision control, and change management
• ERP system experience
• Strong Excel and data management skills
• High attention to detail and process discipline
Engineering degree not required.
Experience supporting engineering or production teams strongly preferred.
