BCI is a direct owner manager and currently managing over 100 properties consisting of Office, Mixed-Use, Multi-Family and SFR asset types. BCI has special focus on LIHTC acquisitions and currently owns and manages a number of LIHTC projects in Maryland

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Completion of resident work orders.
- Apartment Turnovers.
- Emergency on-call maintenance after hours.
- Snow Removal.
- Follow safety procedures while performing duties.
- Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Apartment Maintenance experience a must.
- Must have basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance repair skills.
- Must have a reliable transportation.
- Must have your own tools.
- Must have EPA and HVAC certifications.
- Upon a conditional offer, background check.

Salary : $16 - $25
