Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Building Maintenance Technician at BCI Properties Group in New Castle, Delaware. The Building Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting maintenance issues with tenants, and ensuring the overall upkeep of the buildings and facilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- Ability to handle various tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Electrical and Plumbing skills
- Experience with carpentry and painting
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Physical stamina and dexterity, ability to lift 50 pounds
- Relevant certification or vocational training in building maintenance
- Must have a valid drivers license
