- Starting at $22 hourly depending on experience
- Installation, finishing, and sanding of drywall to prepare for painting
- Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, frames, and trim, or hardware, using carpenter’s hand and power tools
- Paint prep, cutting, and rolling of new and existing structures
- Demolition / Breakdown of existing structures (drywall, studs, flooring, electric, plumbing, etc.)
- Ability to accurately comply with the instructions and requests provided by the Project Foreman
- Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships
- Ability to follow the corporate established safety rules, regulations, and guidelines
- Compliance with the company policies and procedures
- Ability to lift and/or carry objects weighing more than 50 pounds
- Ability to push and/or pull non-motorized equipment weighing over 50 pounds
- Ability to climb – ascending or descending ladders, scaffolding, or ramps
- Must be comfortable working with heights
- Capable of stooping and bending
- Capable of reaching and grasping objects
- Capable of manipulating and operating power tools or machinery
- Capable of walking and/or standing for extended periods of time
- High School Diploma or GED
- A strong moral compass (as best represented by our Core Values)
- Prior carpentry experience professionally or from schooling
