The Role
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern specializing in Content to join our dynamic marketing team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in email marketing, social media management, and various special projects that drive our marketing initiatives.
Things you’ll do to rock this role:
Email Marketing:
- Assist in the creation and execution of email campaigns, including drafting content, designing templates, and managing subscriber lists.
- Analyze email performance metrics and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
Social Media Execution:
- Develop and schedule engaging content across our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Monitor social media channels for trends, comments, and messages, ensuring timely responses and engagement.
- Collaborate on social media strategies to increase brand awareness and follower growth.
Reporting / Analytics
- Pull and organize data from email marketing, social media platforms, and other digital tools for regular reporting.
Special Projects
- Participate in various marketing projects as needed, which may include market research, event planning, or promotional campaigns.
- Support the marketing team with administrative tasks and coordination efforts.

Qualifications That Move Us!
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and understanding of their respective audiences.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Team player with a collaborative attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Value Added Skills:
- Assist with graphic design tasks using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred but not required).
