- Handle administrative tasks and office operations
- Answer inbound calls and serve as the main point of contact for customers
- Schedule sales appointments from inbound leads
- Make outbound calls to schedule measures or service work
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with current customers to collect on finished projects
- Manage sales of onsite inventory and proactively post ads for available products
- Payroll processing and related administrative duties
- Resolve conflicts or issues efficiently and professionally
- Perform additional duties as needed to support office and company operations
- Excellent computer and communication skills
- Prior office management experience required
