This role involves hiring, scheduling, monitoring, and supervising crews. Responsibility for field plumbing, piping, and welding department supervision.
What you will be doing:
- Develop and maintain project schedules, allocate manpower effectively, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of work.
- Coordinate the procurement and delivery of necessary materials, ensuring they are available when needed.
- Maintain clear communication with field crews, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient collaboration and problem resolution.
- Supervise crews, providing guidance, instruction, and support to ensure work is completed efficiently and according to project specifications.
- The ability to plan, organize, and manage plumbing, piping and welding projects efficiently is a key requirement.
- Keeping projects on schedule and meeting deadlines.
- Being able to think critically and find solutions to unexpected challenges is important.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Project Management or Labor Coordinator position.
