- Utilizing your strong skills and experience to troubleshoot, repair and maintain commercial HVAC equipment.
- Diagnosing causes of breakdowns, test parts with appropriate instruments, disassemble and assemble parts, and make necessary repairs to equipment and associated components.
- Troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems such as roof top package units, dehumidification units and ventilation.
- Performing repairs, overhauls and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems
- Performing preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement and modifications
- Documents work-orders digitally using Company provided tablet
- Prepares for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, gathering material and coordinating on-site work with customer and dispatcher
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of experience preferred
- EPA certification
- Communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Must be able to work independently and without supervision
- Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service men and women.
