We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Hotel Supervisor to join our team. The Hotel Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that guests have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The ideal candidate will be a customer-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and leadership abilities. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise hotel staff -Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to any complaints. - Train new staff members and provide ongoing training for existing staff. - Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve hotel operations and guest experience. - Coordinate with other departments within the hotel to ensure smooth operations. - Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications:
Requirements:- High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in a hotel supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and manage time well.
- Good leadership and team management abilities.
- Comfortable using hotel management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Obtain/Maintain a Nevada Gaming license
