Bring Your Practice to a Firm Built Around Advisor Support and Retirement Plan Experience

BCG Securities is a broker-dealer and Registered Investment Advisor with more than 50 years of experience supporting financial advisors and their clients. We work across wealth management, financial planning, insurance, and employer-sponsored retirement plans.

Many advisors build their practice one household at a time. That still matters. But retirement plan relationships can create a different kind of opportunity: access to employers, plan participants, business owners, and individuals who need help making decisions about their financial future.

At BCG Securities, advisors can serve individual clients while also working in and around retirement plan relationships. For the right advisor, that can mean more planning conversations, deeper relationships, and a broader way to grow.

What Makes This Opportunity Different

Many advisors want more than a platform. They want a firm that understands how individual wealth management, employer relationships, participant engagement, insurance planning, and retirement income needs can connect.

That is where BCG Securities is different.

We provide advisors with support, resources, and retirement plan experience that can help them build relationships across the individual wealth management and retirement plan markets while staying focused on thoughtful, client-centered advice.

Our advisors have access to:

  • Retirement plan experience and support
  • Wealth management, financial planning, investment, and insurance resources
  • Internal support staff
  • Planning desk
  • Practice-management support
  • Collaboration with professionals across planning, investments, insurance, operations, and retirement plans
  • Training and development resources
  • A team-oriented culture focused on advisor support and long-term client relationships

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Financial Advisor who wants to grow with a firm that values advisor initiative, collaboration, and client service.

The ideal candidate is motivated, relationship-driven, and interested in building a practice that may include individual wealth management, financial planning, insurance solutions, and retirement plan relationships.

This may be a good fit for an advisor who wants to work with individuals, families, businesses, employers, and plan participants, and who sees the value of connecting retirement plan relationships with broader financial planning needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain financial plans for new and existing clients based on their goals, financial circumstances, time horizon, and risk tolerance.
  • Provide investment recommendations and portfolio guidance consistent with client objectives, applicable standards of care, and firm policies.
  • Deliver ongoing client service, including reviews, plan updates, and portfolio recommendations as client needs evolve.
  • Discuss insurance and annuity solutions, where appropriate, as part of the planning process.
  • Support retirement plan relationships, plan participants, and employer-sponsored retirement plan opportunities, where applicable.
  • Support clients through broader planning conversations, including financial planning, retirement income planning, wealth management, and insurance solutions.
  • Build and manage strong client relationships through consistent communication, service, and follow-through.
  • Work with internal teams, support staff, and subject matter resources to support a strong advisor, client, and retirement plan experience.

What We Offer

  • 401(k) plan with company match
  • Internal support staff and practice-management resources
  • Retirement plan experience, resources, and support
  • Training and development resources
  • Collaboration with experienced professionals across planning, investments, insurance, retirement plans, operations, and client service
  • A culture focused on advisor support, practical problem-solving, and long-term relationship building
  • Comprehensive health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance, and long-term disability

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Advisor
  • Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses, or Series 7 with Series 65/63
  • Life and Health insurance licenses preferred
  • Experience with retirement plans, employer-sponsored plans, education markets, participant engagement, or business-owner relationships preferred, but not required
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities
  • Commitment to ethical conduct, regulatory compliance, and client-focused service
