Duties
- Negotiate and draft SaaS and cloud-based agreements.
- Handle software license and professional services agreements.
- Manage outsourcing, supply, and distribution agreements.
- Advise on IP and tech issues in corporate transactions.
- Conduct diligence on chain of title and licensing matters.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- Active bar membership in the state of practice.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Bar admission in the relevant state.
