Key Responsibilities

• Conduct patent prosecution involving 5G, Wi-Fi, and other wireless technologies

• Work on matters related to artificial intelligence, processors, memory systems, and image processing

• Collaborate with clients to develop, manage, and expand patent portfolios

• Support strategic IP initiatives and contribute to practice growth

• Engage with technical teams on complex engineering innovations

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline

• Minimum of two years of patent prosecution experience

• Registration with the USPTO or eligibility to register

• Admitted to the bar and in good standing, or eligible to waive in

• Strong background in wireless technologies and artificial intelligence

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent field
