Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid-level to senior Commercial Contracts and Technology Solutions associate to join its team, with Raleigh as the preferred office location. The firm is also open to candidates based in Pittsburgh, Charlotte, Dallas, or New York.

Duties

• Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including manufacturing, supply, distribution, and services agreements.
• Manage consulting, development, collaboration, reseller, and licensing agreements while leveraging legal AI technologies.
• Work closely with experienced lawyers to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.

Requirements

• Three to six years of experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
• Technologically savvy with experience using general AI tools and a willingness to learn legal AI technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong academic credentials.

Education

• Law degree from an accredited institution with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing high-quality client service.
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage diverse commercial matters.
