Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst / Product Analyst for Digital Web Applications to join our dynamic team supporting Digital applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in agile product analysis, web application delivery, and data/API mapping and a proven ability to lead end-to-end requirements, partner with cross-functional teams, and enable successful launches of customer-facing websites.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between Business and IT to translate business needs into actionable requirements.


• Lead planning, elicitation, analysis, validation, and management of requirements for Digital applications.


• Define business processes, high-level solution designs, data mappings, and system interactions including APIs.


• Create test cases and support implementation planning and execution in partnership with project teams.


• Act as product owner supporting agile scrum teams to stand up new websites and related capabilities.


• Communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders at multiple levels.


• Lead or support other IT project work as required by changing priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4 years of related experience.


• Minimum 5 years as a technical business analyst in a project-based agile environment.


• Hands-on experience with creation of customer-facing websites including user registration and login.


• Proven support of agile scrum teams and product owner responsibilities for new website delivery.


• Proficiency with agile tools, primarily Jira.


• Ability to analyze system interactions, work with APIs, and map data from source to target applications.


• Strong understanding of agile and waterfall methodologies.


• Effective communication skills across organizational levels with strong presentation and facilitation abilities.


• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at intermediate level.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience launching a website with at least 20 pages and capabilities for user enrollment, eligibility checks, and login, including multiple complex API integrations.


• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager.


• Experience using Copilot or similar AI tools to assist with writing user stories.

Work Arrangement & Interview Process:

• Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite per week in Charlotte, NC.


• Start month: October or November.


• Interview process: 1-2 rounds. Video required. In-person required. Glider ID verification.


• Maximum submissions per vendor: 3.
