Job Description

We are seeking a ServiceNow UX Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in mixed-methods UX research across complex enterprise and platform products, including AI-enabled workflows and a proven ability to generate actionable insights that inform product strategy, feature development, and roadmap prioritization.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative studies that address product and design questions across the ServiceNow ecosystem.


• Investigate AI experiences, including trust, explainability, adoption barriers, and human-in-the-loop workflows.


• Synthesize data into clear insights, frameworks, and recommendations that influence product, design, and engineering decisions.


• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Analytics throughout the product lifecycle.


• Communicate findings through concise reports and presentations tailored to executive, product, and technical audiences.


• Support rapid, iterative research for AI acceleration efforts while maintaining methodological rigor.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience conducting UX research for complex enterprise or platform products, including data-driven or automation-enabled workflows.


• Strong mixed-methods capability across interviews, usability testing, surveys, log analysis, and experimentation.


• Experience researching AI experiences, including trust and explainability, adoption barriers, and human-in-the-loop patterns.


• Proven ability to translate research into actionable insights that drive product decisions.


• Comfort operating in fast, iterative environments where speed and signal quality are critical.


• Effective collaboration with Product, Design, Engineering, and Analytics partners across discovery and delivery.


• Strong storytelling and communication skills for varied audiences.


• Familiarity with enterprise constraints such as multi-persona workflows, regulatory or trust requirements, and scale.


• Proficiency with research and collaboration tools (e.g., research platforms, analytics tools, Figma, Miro).


• Bachelor's degree in Human Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills:

• Background with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platforms.


• Experience working in Agile or Lean product development environments.
