Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, Python, data engineering, MCP-based services, AI-enabled applications, APIs, and DevOps and a proven ability to design, deliver, and support enterprise-scale, API-driven platforms end-to-end.

Role Details:

• Start: ASAP


• Onsite: 3 days per week required in Jersey City, NJ

Interview Process:

• Round 1: Video interview with 2-3 interviewers including technical and hiring manager


• Round 2: Technical deep dive with team lead (onsite or video)


• Round 3: Final discussion with senior leadership

Top Technical Skills:

• Strong Java and Python development skills


• Experience with modern data warehouses such as Vertica, SingleStore, ClickHouse, or Snowflake


• Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade backend and full stack applications using Java and Python


• Build, integrate, and manage Model Context Protocol (MCP) services to support AI and LLM workflows


• Architect and implement RESTful and event-driven APIs for internal and external consumers


• Apply clean architecture, SOLID patterns, and secure coding standards


• Design and operate ETL and data pipelines using Informatica, PySpark, SQL, and Python


• Support transactional and analytical workloads across modern data warehouses and databases


• Integrate AI and ML capabilities, including LLM-based features and model-serving workflows via MCP or APIs


• Deploy, manage, and scale applications in Docker and Kubernetes environments


• Support and improve CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using modern DevOps tools


• Operate, troubleshoot, and optimize applications on Linux and Windows platforms


• Participate in production support, root cause analysis, and performance tuning


• Lead and participate in code reviews, design reviews, and architectural discussions


• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and promote engineering best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10 years of professional software engineering experience with enterprise or large-scale systems


• Strong proficiency in Java and Python; C# is a plus


• Extensive experience building and consuming RESTful APIs


• Hands-on ETL experience with Informatica, PySpark, and SQL-based pipelines


• Strong experience with Vertica, SingleStore, ClickHouse, Snowflake, or similar data warehouses


• Deep knowledge of SQL optimization and data performance tuning


• Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments


• Experience integrating or supporting AI and ML systems, preferably using MCP services


• Strong understanding of Linux and Windows environments


• Proficiency with Git and modern SDLC practices


• Frontend experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks


• Experience designing microservices and event-driven architectures


• Strong CI/CD and DevOps background (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar)


• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform


• Background with high-volume, data-intensive, or regulated systems


• Prior experience in technical leadership or solution architecture

Preferred Skills:

• MCP-based service design patterns and AI pipeline orchestration


• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments
