Role: Recruiter
Edison, NJ Remote
Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for entry-level and intern technical roles.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews, debriefs, and support candidates through the offer process.
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruiting systems.
- Support high-volume hiring across multiple teams.
Required Experience
- 2–4 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience.
- Experience with candidate screening and assessment.
- Background in high-volume recruiting environments.
- Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles.
- Exposure to university/early-career hiring (interns and entry-level) as well as industry hiring.
- Experience with offer management, candidate engagement, and closing candidates.
Key Skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
