Job Description
We are seeking a Principal Marketing Project Manager — Campaign Operations & Alliance Programs to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in integrated campaign project management, alliance marketing operations, and cross-functional coordination and a proven ability to deliver on-time campaign launches while building scalable, repeatable operating models.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end management of commercial media campaigns to achieve milestones, approvals, dependencies, and launch requirements on schedule.
- Build and maintain project plans, timelines, trackers, dashboards, status reports, and communication frameworks.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across marketing, media, creative, category, retail, alliance, analytics, legal, finance, and agency teams.
- Manage campaign intake, briefing, planning, execution, reviews, approvals, launch readiness, and post-launch tracking.
- Establish and manage campaign governance, including ownership models, approval workflows, escalation paths, and decision checkpoints.
- Serve as subject matter expert for alliance-driven execution with understanding of Microsoft, Intel, and AMD processes, funding, approvals, and co-marketing compliance.
- Manage alliance tracking requirements, including partner IDs, project IDs, creative approvals, UX approvals, and documentation.
- Identify and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, resource constraints, and process gaps before they affect timelines.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, project reviews, working sessions, and executive status updates.
- Drive operational consistency by standardizing workflows, templates, approvals, reporting, naming conventions, and documentation.
- Develop a scalable and repeatable campaign management framework for internal adoption.
- Create process documentation, playbooks, templates, governance models, training materials, and operational guides.
- Train and mentor Marketing Activation Specialists on best practices and the new operating model.
- Ensure complete knowledge transfer and transition readiness before engagement end.
- Provide leadership visibility into portfolio health, risks, launch readiness, and business impacts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field.
- 8 years managing complex marketing programs, integrated campaigns, media operations, or large cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience at a Senior or Principal Project Manager level.
- Proven success leading multiple high-priority projects in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with alliance marketing and partner-funded programs, preferably with Microsoft, Intel, and AMD.
- Experience developing scalable operating models, governance structures, playbooks, and process improvements.
- Background working with agencies, creative and media teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.
- Technology industry experience preferred. PMP, Agile, PROSCI, or related certification preferred.
Preferred Skills:
- Expertise in alliance and partner marketing processes across Microsoft, Intel, and AMD ecosystems.
- Ability to build and standardize workflows, reporting, and approval paths for scale.
Salary : $50 - $62
