BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Technician : Laboratory - II for an opportunity in Hillsboro, OR!
Position Title : Technician : Laboratory - II
Location : 2501 Northwest 229th Avenue, Hillsboro, OR 97124
Anticipated Start Date : ASAP

Expected Duration : 6 months contract with possible extension
Job Type : FULL TIME 40 hours a week, CONTRACT, ONSITE
Shift Hours : 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
Shift Days : Monday-Friday
Pay Range : [$25.19 / hr] – [$26.93 / hr]
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).
Job Responsibilities :
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a lab environment
- Experience with analysis techniques such as X-section, delayering, SEM, EDX, X-ray and Optical Inspection, Ion Milling, FIB
- Knowledge of basic statistical analysis tools such as JMP
- Ability to communicate findings verbally and through reports to yield engineers, LYA analysts, and other customers
- Ability to work in a collaborative manner with a variety of different individuals in a fast paced, technical environment
- Ability to work effectively in an ambiguous environment where changing priorities and the norm.
