Job Title: Client Scheduling Coordinator
Location: Whitehouse Station, NJ 08889 (4 Days Onsite / 1 Day WFH)
Duration: 6 Months Contract (Apr 20, 2026 – Oct 19, 2026)
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr (W2)
Schedule: 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday
Training Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
Post-Training Shift: 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM EST (latest start 10:30 AM)
Interview Process: Single onsite interview
Role Summary
The Client Scheduling Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between the company and clients throughout the home assessment scheduling process. This role supports Risk Consultants by coordinating appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling, and delivering exceptional customer service while meeting production and timeliness goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams during the scheduling process
- Make a high volume of outbound calls and emails to secure appointments
- Coordinate appointments logically and efficiently within assigned territory
- Manage scheduling workflows and follow up on tasks promptly
- Maintain strong attention to detail to improve scheduling experience
- Respond to inquiries within 24 hours
- Provide monthly updates on scheduling trends, availability, and concerns
- Communicate professionally via phone, email, and MS Teams
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely scheduling
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written customer service communication
- Ability to manage multiple calendars in Outlook
- Excel skills for data entry and tracking
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required (college education a plus)
- 2–4 years of customer service experience required
- Ability to work a flexible shift schedule within business hours
