Job Description

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Go (Golang), Java, RESTful APIs, PostgreSQL, Couchbase, and JWT-based authentication and a proven ability to design, build, and operate scalable cloud-native services.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go and Java.


• Build and enhance RESTful APIs and microservices for high-volume applications.


• Integrate applications with Java-based services using JWT-based authentication and authorization.


• Develop and maintain web application components using JavaScript.


• Design and optimize data models, queries, and integrations with PostgreSQL and Couchbase.


• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and engineers to deliver scalable solutions.


• Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.


• Troubleshoot production issues and implement performance, reliability, and security improvements.


• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.


• Document technical designs, APIs, and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 6 years of software engineering experience building enterprise applications.


• Strong proficiency in Go (Golang) and Java.


• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.


• Strong JavaScript development experience.


• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Couchbase.


• Experience implementing JWT-based authentication and authorization patterns.


• Understanding of distributed systems, API security, and application integration.


• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform or other cloud platforms.


• Experience with containers and orchestration such as Docker and Kubernetes.


• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging platforms.


• Experience with observability, logging, and monitoring frameworks.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
