Job Description
We are seeking a AI Software Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and implementing AI-powered software, agentic workflows, and production AI systems and a proven ability to deliver reliable, scalable solutions that improve engineering productivity, software quality, and operational effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain agentic workflows and autonomous systems.
- Develop and integrate AI models into production-grade applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Implement orchestration logic for multi-agent systems and task automation.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code in support of AI initiatives.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of AI systems in production.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and model software development best practices.
- Contribute to communities of practice to refine and document standards and best practices.
- Adhere to enterprise security, risk, and governance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python or similar languages and strong software development skills.
- Experience designing and building agentic workflows or multi-agent systems.
- Familiarity with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Solid understanding of AI and ML concepts, including LLMs and prompt engineering.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and containerization with Docker or Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with agile delivery in cross-functional teams.
- Background in building intelligent automations and developer productivity tools.
