Sales & Business Development Manager – Contract ManufacturingLocation: Bolingbrook, IL (Hybrid, 2–3 days onsite)About the RoleThis role will help build BCFoods’ Contract Manufacturing business.You’ll identify opportunities, bring in new customers, and work closely with Operations, QA, R&D, and Supply Chain to bring products to life. This is a hands-on role for someone who can sell, solve problems, and move work forward across teams.What You’ll DoBring new contract manufacturing business into BCFoods and support the setup needed to run it.Partner with Operations to understand capacity, equipment needs, production schedules, and cost drivers.Work with QA, R&D, and Supply Chain to align specs, labels, and production requirements.Manage the full commercial process from first contact through production handoff.Build relationships with CPG, private label, and co-manufacturing partners in both human and pet food.Represent BCFoods at customer meetings, plant visits, trade shows, and industry events.Travel ~25%, mostly to the Bolingbrook area.What You BringExperience selling into private label, contract manufacturing, or ingredient-based production environments.Understanding of how food products are developed and commercialized.Ability to work across functions and keep projects moving from initial interest to production.Comfortable in a fast-paced, “build as you go” environment.Strong communication skills and a practical, business-focused mindset.Nice to HaveFood or pet food manufacturing experienceBroker or co-manufacturer managementExperience launching new products or programsCompany DescriptionBCFoods is a global food ingredients company with strong roots in North America and partnerships across the world.
