SUMMARY: The Operations Support Analyst will support Warfighter Operational Integration work with the Missile Defense Agency

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s Degree the commensurate years of experience listed below for each SOW objective in the Management and Program Analysis Field relating to: military operational concepts/capabilities; integration and fielding of complex weapon systems; conducting strategic high-level coordination activities; deliberate planning; test support; logistics and sustainment; high-level policy development; requirements, and operational document development; cyber-security impacts on operations; problem solving; working independently and leading teams:
• For all SOW Objectives: 4 years’ experience must be in the missile defense industry
• For SOW 3.1: 7 years’ for leading, planning & executing strategic senior-level forums & working group tasks
• For SOW 3.1: 7 years’ experience in coordinating with Joint Staff, Services, and Combatant Commands
• For SOW 3.2: 4 years’ operational experience in asset and/or configuration management
• For SOW 3.3: 5 years’ experience in curriculum development and training certification programs
• For SOW 3.3: 5 years’ experience in project/program management & associated metrics/evaluations
• For SOW 3.4 5 years’ operational experience in the radar and sensors field & analysis
• For SOW 3.5/3.6: 5 years’ operational experience in ground- and sea-based weapon systems analysis
• For SOW 3.8: 5 years’ operational experience in command and control
• For SOW 3.6/3.9: 5 year’s supporting operational exercises and wargames in theater
• For all SOW Objectives: Minimum of SECRET Security Clearance up to TOP SECRET/SCI based on position.
Direct Modeling and Simulation experience or completion of TREX training program may be substituted for 2 years’ experience. Purple integrator experience (experience as red AND blue force integrators)/Mission Engineer and Event Lead experience may be substituted for 3 years’ experience.
Note: In absence of any degree, 5 additional years of experience may be substituted.

COMPUTER SKILLS:
- Skill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment
- Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, and database (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance (U.S. Citizenship)
- Active DoD Secret security clearance desired
