You're Good At
- Leading and motivating a team of planners and registration managers to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.
- Developing and implementing effective strategies and processes to enhance operational efficiency and team performance.
- Building positive relationships across teams, ensuring collaboration and success in every project.
- Utilizing technology and innovative solutions to elevate the event experience.
You Might Also Have
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in people management, overseeing an event planning team, specifically within the finance industry.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and nurturing a high-performing team.
- Strong business acumen, with expertise in budget management and cost-saving strategies.
- Skill in client relationship management and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Familiarity with tools like Cvent for reporting and data analysis.
You Should Know
- This role requires in-office attendance 4 days a week in Midtown, Manhattan, with occasional travel up to 25%.

The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
