Restoration Rebuild Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Restoration Rebuild Project Manager to join our growing team. This role is responsible for managing residential and commercial reconstruction projects resulting from water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage losses. The ideal candidate has strong construction project management experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage restoration reconstruction projects from estimate approval through final completion
• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules to ensure timely completion
• Coordinate and communicate with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and vendors
• Monitor project budgets, job costs, timelines, and quality standards
• Manage multiple active projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Conduct site visits to ensure project quality, safety compliance, and adherence to scope
• Hold subcontractors accountable for workmanship, schedules, and performance expectations
• Address project challenges proactively and implement effective solutions
• Prepare and submit project progress reports and updates to customers and management
• Ensure projects comply with applicable building codes, permit requirements, and safety regulations
• Coordinate with mitigation teams and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project transitions
• Support supplement requests and scope revisions when necessary

Qualifications:

Required

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, Restoration Project Manager, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management principles
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing subcontractors and vendor relationships
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred

• Experience in the insurance restoration industry (water, fire, mold, storm damage)
• Experience working directly with insurance claims and adjusters
• Knowledge of Xactimate estimates and supplement processes
• Experience with job costing, budgeting, and gross profit management
• Familiarity with local building codes and permit requirements
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• OSHA training or other construction safety certifications

Pay: $82,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
