Duties
- Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms while helping create a fun, upbeat, and welcoming environment for kids and families.
- Assist the dentist and clinical staff during procedures in a supportive and team-oriented office culture.
- Take digital X-rays while ensuring patients feel comfortable, safe, and at ease if certified
- Support scheduling, patient flow, and chairside procedures in a fast-paced, positive, and energetic office setting.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment while working together as a team to keep the practice running smoothly.
- Participate in our monthly office deep-cleaning day to help keep our space fresh, fun, and patient-ready for everyone who walks through the door.

Requirements:
- Previous dental assisting experience is preferred but not required — we’re happy to train the right candidate.
- Positive, friendly, and “can-do” attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Team player who enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced, and supportive environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with children and families.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask efficiently.
