Job Summary
We are a 26, year old technical software developer and equipment distributor, located in Canton, Michigan, seeking an experienced industrial, sales, customer service and administrative representative. This position seeks a professional individual with over 10 years of corporate, inside the office experience. This job will be 100% in the office.
Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain and sell products and services to existing customers.
- Data entry for CRM maintenance and the creation of quotations and orders.
- Contacting (phone calls and emails), following up and selling to non-current customers and leads from marketing campaigns.
- Marketing tasks to include sales presentations and assistance with web site and marketing campaigns.
- Working with vendors.
- Sales administration tasks.
- Training on all applicable products.
Experience
- Ten years working in a company environment (on premise).
- Selling to companies.
- Customer service to companies.
- Creating quotations and generating orders.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally over the phone and through email.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry tasks.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service problem-solving, and client communication strategies.
