Job Summary
As a Bail Bond Agent, you will play a crucial role in the financial services sector by providing bail bond services to clients in need. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver bail bonds to incarceration facilities on behalf of the company to secure the release of clients. This position requires licensing by the state, and may require additional training. You will need strong communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail, ability to keep secure and accurate records and the ability to be available for bail calls. This position requires someone who is willing to network, research and help in the lead generation process. This job is a 1099 contract position. As a bail bonding agent under our authority you are not liable for clients that are non-compliant and commissions to agent are never taken back for clients that are non-compliant. Please note that this position is a captive agent position for bail, and is a great source of side income. Because of the nature of bail bonds, hours and contracts will vary. We are currently hiring in the following states: Idaho and Colorado.
Please note you must be a current resident of Idaho or Colorado, pass exam and be able to pass a 20 year federal background check.
Duties
- Maintain detailed records of transactions and client interactions using financial software.
- Communicate effectively with clients, law enforcement, and court personnel.
- Ensure compliance with company and relevant legal standards.
- Provide guidance on the terms of contracts and obligations associated with bail bonds.
- Limitedly handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Deliver the bonds in person to the incarceration facilities.
- You must be able to pass a federal background check, have reliable transportation and be able to obtain all required licenses. License reimbursement may be available on a case by case basis.
- This position has a work from home option, but you will have to physically present the bonds to incarceration programs for client release.
- Manage a caseload and monitor program compliance for those on the case load.
- Attend court proceedings and network as needed.
- Conduct case research and assist with recovery once licensed and approved to do so.
