The Deposit Operations Specialist is responsible for handling ACH, wires, account processing, supports audits and compliance, resolves customer issues, and monitors for fraud.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver superior customer service and resolve complex account issues.Process ACH files and domestic/international wires; monitor for fraud.Process NSF, overdrafts, stop payments, collections, and GL balancing.Process all Government Reclamations, levies, and subpoenas.Ensure compliance with bank policies, audits, and regulations.Oversee fraud prevention, quality control, and risk management.Prepare reports, assist with special projects, and support profitability goals.Education and ExperienceCollege degree preferred; related work experience required. Minimum three years Bank deposit operations required.Working knowledge of processing levies and subpoenas.Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and banking applications.Knowledge of state and federal banking and compliance regulations.Excellent interpersonal skills: including use of professional and clear verbal communication and writing skills..Physical Requirements & Working ConditionsProfessional work environment with moderate noise.Ability to sit and stand to extended periods of timeAbility to travel to branches, off-site training, and/or meetings as required
