No Experienced Class-A Drivers Needed

This is a position with guaranteed weekend home time — run consistent lanes through Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois, and get home every weekend. Trainees and experienced drivers both welcome.
WHY THIS POSITION:

- Strong, consistent mileage — drivers average 1,900 miles/week
PAY:
- Average weekly pay: $1,000–$1,700
- Weekly mileage: 1,600–2,000 miles
- Stop pay: $15 per stop (except first and last)
- Guarantee pay for first 3 months after first solo dispatch
JOB DETAILS:
- Home Time: Weekend (weekend work available, voluntary)
- Shift: Both day and night
- Holiday Work: Not mandatory
- Lanes: Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois
REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid CDL-A license
- Trainee or First Seat (experienced) drivers accepted
- No specific endorsements required
- Clean driving record
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely operate CDL-A truck on dedicated regional routes
- Perform live load/unload, preload, and drop-and-hook duties
- Pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Maintain accurate ELD electronic logs
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip progress
