WE ARE HIRING 1 Face‑to‑Face Customer Service Sales Specialist
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers at retail locations, shopping centres, sporting events, trade shows and big‑box store activations, building real relationships and trust
- Understand customer needs and recommend products or services accordingly
- Upsell and cross‑sell on the spot to drive brand awareness and sales
- Resolve questions and concerns face‑to‑face with professionalism and care
- Track every interaction and sales outcome accurately for performance reporting
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth event execution and client satisfaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Outgoing, personable communicator who loves talking with people
- Sales or customer service background preferred, but full training provided
- Able to travel locally to event sites around Tampa
