Position Summary
We are seeking a Master’s level therapist (on a LMHC licensure track) to provide individual therapy to a diverse clientele. The ideal candidate is a skilled therapist who is committed to fostering a safe and non-judgmental environment for clients while utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to clients across the lifespan.
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to client goals.
- Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and practice policies.
- Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and external providers as needed to support client care.
- Attend and participate in regular supervision.
- Participate in continuing education and maintain all required licenses and certifications.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Commitment to ethical, culturally competent, and client-centered care.
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health records preferred.
- Openness to developing clinical skills and utilizing regular supervision.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
