Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annually

Job Summary:
BC Stone Homes, LLC is seeking a full-time Customer Experience Project Manager to lead the customer experience process across residential construction projects throughout East Alabama and West Georgia. This role is responsible for ensuring our homes are delivered in accordance with our Construction Standards and Guidelines, while also managing warranty claims and customer walkthroughs.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, be tech-savvy, and thrive in both independent and collaborative environments. This position includes a company-provided truck and cell phone, competitive salary, and a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and determine coverage for submitted warranty claims; conduct on-site inspections as needed
Manage active warranty claims across multiple projects and ensure timely resolution
Lead customer walk-throughs of homes prior to turnover
Document warranty files thoroughly and communicate expectations to customers and subcontractors
Use project management software to track schedules, view plans, and manage customer selections
Maintain an organized and efficient weekly schedule
Qualifications & Skills:
Ability to read and interpret residential construction plans and specifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient with computers and construction-related software
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
