Cocktail Runner

POSITION SUMMARY
Provide the highest level of quality and service to our guests in an incredibly friendly atmosphere. Serve beverages to guests at tables in the restaurant as they are ordered by the servers; assist in clearing glassware and guest requests.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Serve beverages to guests from the bar; adding the appropriate garnishes as required.
• Assist servers with guest requests as needed, including conveying new orders to servers for ordering.
• Assist in the removal of dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Stock service areas with supplies as required.
• Assist in monitoring guests' physical condition when entering the restaurant and bar; monitor alcohol
consumption while on the premises to ensure all Merriman's and county serving policies are followed. Take
appropriate steps according to Merriman's policy to reduce the occurrence of alcohol related issues.
• Must be dependable, report to work as scheduled and on time, and follow all policies regarding attendance.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
Experience: Six months to one year related experience preferred.

Computer Skills: None required, however experience with POS a plus.

Must be at least 21 years of age.
