We are looking for a new Sales Coordinator to join our team. This is a salary position with an annualized salary range between $45,000-$65,000 (based on relevant experience), with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees including medical, dental, paid time off, company bonus, and 401(k) match. This full-time role will be in person at our Boulder, CO office, with the opportunity for (1) flexible work-from home day after 6 months.
Role Description:
We are a growing company, and that means you may be required to wear multiple hats throughout your day. As a Sales Coordinator at BC Interiors, you will be a key part of our sales and customer support team, and typically support 2-3 account executives. This full-time, in person position, is an ideal role for someone that is interested in developing a career in Sales or Project Management at BC Interiors.
The Value You’ll Provide:
• Support sales team members with their efforts to drive new business and strengthen our relationships with existing customers
• Monitoring team member inboxes and responding on behalf of the salesperson to ensure a high-level of responsiveness for our customers
• Prepare customer quotes, presentations, & proposals, including assisting with pricing and solution development
• Partner with operations team to ensure accurate order entry, acknowledgements, and delivery of product
• Coordinating with customers, sales, design, project management, manufacturers, and installation teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Ongoing monitoring of project deliverables, schedules, logistics and order status on behalf of the sales team
• Support small customer orders directly, with an opportunity to develop your sales skills for future account management roles
What You Bring:
• Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred
• 2 or more years of relevant work experience in a sales coordinator, customer service, or similar role. Prior experience with commercial furniture is preferred but not required
• Must be outgoing, excellent with customers, and have great customer service skills
• A very high level of attention to detail and organization
• Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
• Ability to handle multiple projects, deliverables and deadlines
• Comfortable with technology and learning new software
• Excellent communication skills with ability to draft professional emails and presentations
• Knowledge of CORE, Spec and Smartsheet is ideal, but not required
