Job Description
We are seeking a Warehouse Worker-Industrial to join our dynamic team at WinField United. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in forklift operation, warehouse material handling, and order fulfillment and a proven ability to maintain safe, clean, and organized warehouse operations while meeting productivity and accuracy targets.
Schedule and Work Details:
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Hours per Day: 8
- Temp only. Onsite interview required.
Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, and deliver materials within or near the work site using a forklift or other equipment.
- Count and weigh materials or containers and record information on forms or systems.
- Fill orders, package goods, load trucks, and move stock within the warehouse.
- Transport materials to and from production areas as directed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization, including sweeping floors and cleaning up spills, broken bags, and product messes.
- Lift up to and over 51 lbs as needed following safe lifting practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Forklift operation experience and ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail with accurate counting, weighing, and documentation.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills with a flexible approach to tasks.
- Excellent punctuality and dependable attendance.
- General knowledge of safety and environmental procedures with the ability to follow them.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- PPE: Steel-toed shoes required.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in environments with dust, noise, or temperature variation.
- Experience in agricultural or industrial warehouse settings.
Additional Requirements and Work Conditions:
- Background check and drug test must be completed before start.
- No work over 8 feet. No respirator or confined space work.
- Not emergency day labor. Not temp-to-hire.
