Job Description
We are seeking a Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise architecture across Business, Application, Data, and Technology domains and a proven ability to define solution intent, lead complex architecture design, and ensure nonfunctional requirements are met.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the architecture roadmap for Business, Application, Data, and Technology domains in support of the product roadmap.
- Develop and promote best practices and standardized templates.
- Define solution intent and architectural vision for large, complex solutions and evolve them with the backlog.
- Lead high-level architecture shaping and ensure modular, flexible designs.
- Facilitate solution discussions and drive design through domain knowledge, experiments, and POCs.
- Partner with Product Management to plan and prioritize technology backlog items for the architecture runway.
- Clarify architecture and assist with system design to support implementation and remove architectural impediments.
- Perform design and code reviews to validate security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability.
- Support technology stack selection and preferred product choices with Principal Engineering.
- Educate teams on technology practices, standardization strategies, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in enterprise and solution architecture across Business, Application, Data, and Technology domains.
- Experience defining nonfunctional requirements and conducting design/code reviews.
- Ability to lead architecture for large, complex solutions and guide system design.
- Strong collaboration skills with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders.
- Experience with Proofs of Concept and technology evaluation.
- Experience level: 5 years in solution or enterprise architecture roles.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in Fraud Risk Management domain.
- Experience leading architecture runway planning with Agile teams.
