Job Description
We are seeking a SuccessFactors Consultant to join our dynamic team supporting Information Technology Acquire to Retire (ATR) group. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SuccessFactors print forms, compensation statements, and BIRT development and a proven ability to deliver formatted statements and print form applications end to end. This project is fully remote and may be completed outside standard business hours with weekly progress touch points.
Responsibilities:
- Work fully remotely with weekly or milestone-based check-ins with business process owners and ATR IT team members (Central Time).
- Develop, test, and deliver print form documents in SuccessFactors, including formatted performance review and compensation-related forms.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate data and layout specifications into forms and templates embedded in the flow of work.
- Execute through Client methodology, including test plan creation, test case reviews, functional testing, and support for UAT.
- Communicate milestones, timelines, and risks to business and ATR IT stakeholders.
- Develop governance and supportability automations to ensure future process or template changes cascade to print forms.
- Produce documentation in alignment with Client IT Methodology.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years in implementation, consulting, or development of integrated business applications.
- Experience with business process definition, requirements gathering, and application support.
- Hands-on SuccessFactors experience in compensation statements, print forms, and/or BIRT development.
- Strong communication, detail orientation, and ability to work independently and in teams.
Preferred Skills:
- SuccessFactors performance management form configuration and template governance.
- Test planning and UAT facilitation within structured IT methodologies.
