We're looking for a proactive and motivated PR Assistant to support our marketing team in promoting the company across various digital platforms.

What You'll Do:
- Assist with managing advertising budgets and tracking marketing-related expenses
- Coordinate and process payments to contractors and external partners
- Work with the marketing team to create engaging social media posts and campaigns
- Help maintain a strong and positive brand presence across social media platforms
- Support communication and coordination with contractors and marketing partners
- Prepare basic activity or financial reports and assist with business development initiatives
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Higher education in a related field is a plus, but not required
- A strong combination of education, transferable skills, and practical experience will be considered, and equivalent experience may substitute for formal education
- Non-traditional professional backgrounds are welcome, and we encourage candidates who are motivated to learn to apply
Additional Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Basic financial literacy or willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain a business bank account for receiving and sending work-related payments
- Candidates must be able to successfully complete a background check confirming no serious criminal history
