- Serve as first point of contact for LATAM (Brazil) client inquiries via email and phone.
- Read, analyze, and determine appropriate handling and resolution of client requests.
- Address issues related to treasury, cash management, card, and depository products.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve inquiries, issues, and technical support needs.
- Fluent English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems.
- Experience level: 1 years working with customers in a service environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in the banking or financial industry.
- Oral and written communication, active listening, and time management.
- Critical thinking, problem solving, quality assurance, and relationship building.
- Collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Work location is Miami, FL (Hialeah). Candidate hours will align to Brazil business hours and holidays, including working during US holidays.
- Training: first 120 days are 100% in office, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST.
- Post-training: hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
