Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in strategic and digital marketing, project management, and budget stewardship and a proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing plans that drive adoption, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic marketing consultation and guidance to internal clients aligned to business objectives.
• Build, execute, measure, and monitor marketing strategies, tactics, and plans that support mission, strategy, and growth goals.
• Facilitate market research and competitive analysis, synthesize findings, and advocate for products and services.
• Assess consumer and business needs, identify audiences, and size market opportunities.
• Develop and implement integrated marketing plans for new and existing products and services, including digital channels.
• Manage complex, cross-functional projects through the full lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.
• Monitor, review, and report performance, ROI, and KPIs. Lead measurement and reporting cadences.
• Define, track, and manage assigned marketing budgets.
• Create and deliver marketing presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
• Coordinate with and manage agencies and vendors, including selection processes and ongoing relations.
• Mentor, motivate, and manage others, including direct reports and external partners.
• Monitor industry best practices and recommend continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5 years of marketing experience with end-to-end strategy and execution.
• Proven experience developing and managing marketing strategies, programs, and budgets.
• Project management experience delivering tactical marketing initiatives across channels.
• Comprehensive digital marketing skills across tools, platforms, and channels.

Preferred Skills:

• Growth marketing experience with a track record driving adoption, engagement, or retention.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to influence across levels and functions.
• Entrepreneurial approach with comfort in ambiguity and independent work.
• Experience leveraging insights and data to improve customer experience.
• Contemporary knowledge of marketing technology, digital tools, platforms, and channels.
• Demonstrated critical thinking, problem analysis, and strategy development.
• Creative thinking with the ability to design effective campaigns.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.

• Not required.
