We are presently in search of a dedicated, amicable, and proficient Administrative Assistant/Customer Service Representative to become a member of our team. This position, which encompasses both administrative assistance and customer-facing interactions, is suitable for an individual who excels in these areas.


Key Responsibilities:


Administrative Support:


* Ensure the proper management and maintenance of executives' or teams' schedules, appointments, and meetings.

* Address correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a proficient and timely manner.

* Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.

* Organize and maintain office files, records, and databases.

* Assist with fundamental bookkeeping and invoicing tasks.

* Coordinate office supplies and guarantee the office is well-organized and equipped.


Customer Service:


* Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and chat.

* Deliver exceptional service, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns or complaints in a professional manner.

* Process orders, returns, and exchanges.

* Maintain customer records and update information as needed.

* Address any issues or concerns customers may have, offering solutions in a clear and amicable way.

* Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met.


Salary : $53,600 - $58,900
