Job Description
We are seeking a Clerical Data Entry Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-volume data entry, outbound calling, and accurate recordkeeping and a proven ability to capture and log initial contact information with precision and timeliness.
Responsibilities:
- Place outbound calls to initiate first contact with designated parties.
- Log initial contact data with precise dates, times, and outcomes.
- Conduct brief research in Google to locate missing phone numbers or email addresses.
- Maintain accurate records in Google Sheets or Excel following defined workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Clerical data entry proficiency with consistent accuracy.
- Reliability and attention to detail in repetitive tasks.
- Working knowledge of Google Sheets and Gmail, and/or Microsoft Excel.
- Strong documentation skills for time-stamped activity logging.
Preferred Skills:
- High data entry accuracy with quality control habits.
- Professional phone etiquette and active listening.
