Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst II to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, Adobe tools, and quality assurance testing and a proven ability to configure complex product settings, manage customer online access, and deliver clear customer support.
Responsibilities:
- Execute QA testing for product enhancements and document results.
- Set up and maintain complex product configurations and customer online access.
- Provide solution-focused support to producer and retail customers.
- Follow established processes accurately and completely.
- Manage multiple tasks and shift priorities while maintaining accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, and Adobe tools.
- Experience conducting QA testing for product enhancements.
- Ability to configure complex product settings and manage customer access.
- Strong attention to detail and process adherence.
- Effective communication skills with diverse customer groups.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with FISERV products.
Work Hours & Arrangement:
- 40 hours per week.
- Remote or hybrid.
