Every opportunity comes directly from our referral partners, existing advisors, and internal channels.
Your core responsibility is turning inbound inquiries into bound business by managing intake, gathering information, preparing and presenting quotes, guiding clients through coverage decisions, and binding policies. You'll work closely with leadership and have CSR support for processing tasks. We’re looking for someone who is strong with clients, efficient with systems, and confident guiding inbound cases from start to finish.
- Manage all inbound P&C inquiries entering the agency.
- Determine the type of inquiry and route it appropriately (personal, commercial, umbrella, cyber, etc.).
- Direct leads toward the correct carrier or underwriting path based on appetite and product fit.
- Gather necessary information from clients and advisors efficiently.
- Prepare personal and commercial lines quotes using EZLynx (required).
- Experience with Bold Penguin is a plus.
- Ensure all quotes are accurate, competitive, and well-documented.
- Build clean, organized proposal summaries for clients and advisors.
- Present quotes clearly and help clients understand coverage differences.
- Answer questions throughout the quoting, underwriting, and binding process.
- Maintain consistent communication to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Bind policies once coverage selections are made.
- Coordinate all required steps with carriers and the CSR team.
- Keep internal systems updated with notes, documents, and compliance requirements.
- Refine inbound workflows to increase efficiency and consistency.
- Suggest improvements for automation, templates, communication, and documentation.
- Embrace a tech-forward culture and adopt new tools as needed.
- Collaborate closely with leadership as the P&C division grows.
- 3–5 years of experience in personal and commercial P&C.
- Strong experience handling inbound inquiries and converting them into bound business.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills.
- Hold a current license for P&C. (Life and Health is a plus)
- Proficiency with EZLynx; Bold Penguin experience preferred.
- Ability to clearly explain coverage options and recommendations.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Comfortable working within a growing agency with evolving processes.
- Solutions-oriented, collaborative, and proactive.
- Tech-forward and improvement-minded.
- Long-term commitment to helping grow BC Brokerage’s P&C division.
